I don't know about you, but I could spend a lifetime and a half looking at food on Instagram. And while I love looking at food, I love eating it even more. As a student who hates cooking and has about three meals on rotation, meals are honestly a chore. So, as an attempt to learn to love cooking (I hope you're proud of me, Mom!), I've been seeking inspiration on the 'gram. To help you satisfy your hunger, I've rounded up my favourite recipe curators, nutritionists, and food bloggers that not only post beautiful content, but also share recipes that are easy to make, healthy, and most importantly, insanely delicious.

1. Tayler McKellop (@cleaneatsbytay)

With a mouth-watering feed like hers, it's not wonder that Tayler McKellop has a whopping 100k followers. What's even more impressive is that she's a full-time communications student! So if your excuse for not cooking is that you're too stressed, busy, or lazy, look no further. Even if you're a liability in the kitchen (like me), most of her recipes are quick and easy to make. This is the perfect account if you're a vegan as well, since her recipes are plant-based and still undeniably yummy for meat-eaters as well!

2. Sisley Killam (@thepurelife_)

Next up is Sisley Killam! Hailing from my hometown, North Vancouver, this west coast girl is killing it whether she's at home or all the way in New Zealand, where she just recently moved. As a registered holistic nutritionist, she prioritizes recipes that use wholesome, nourishing ingredients to make you look and feel your best. You can find recipes for everything from bowls to wraps to baked goodies on her feed so you're guaranteed to find something to inspire you to hit up the kitchen!

3. Anneka Bjorkeson (@annekaeats)

I only discovered Anneka Bjorkeson's account very recently but boy, am I glad I did. Everything she posts looks beyond delectable and totally do-able too! She emphasizes using seasonal ingredients and simple recipes so you can do-it-yourself with the freshest foods. I love that she posts many of her recipes directly in the captions of her Instagram posts, so finding the perfect dish for dinner is as easy as scrolling through her feed. Follow her for creative toast toppings, perfect egg yolks (as pictured below), and more deliciousness.

4. Angie (@healthfulradiance)

Next on my list is Angie, who boasts a impressive 66k followers on Instagram due to her colourful and pleasing feed! An advocate for good health and a balanced lifestyle, she openly discusses her past struggles with an eating disorder to diminish the stigma and inspire others. As a college student (like us!), her recipes are quick and simple and leave no room to make excuses for not cooking. She posts both savory and sweet meals so one visit to her account will have you inspired for every meal of the day!

5. Team Baked (@baked_theblog)

And last but not least, Baked! This blog is a collaborative project between eight Canadian food bloggers, so it truly features recipes from the best of the best. They post tutorials every Tuesday and then a recipe related to the tutorial on Thursday, so you apply what you've learned and create something mouth-watering. While some of the cakes and pies look pretty daunting to make, they have plenty of rookie-proof recipes for breads and various baked goods as well so that you're well prepared for your next carbo-load!

That concludes my list of top five Instagram foodies! There are so many more that I love, but these one stand-out because they're personable, unique, and post recipes that I actually can make without turning my kitchen into a complete disaster zone. Did I miss anyone you love? Let us know in the comments!
